Ⅰ. Features
1. Integrated with Italian permanent magnet motor-driven high-pressure pump, the product has advantages of low noise, fast speed, strong pressure, compact structure, and stable performance;
2. Main components of the product are high quality permanent magnet motor, plastic pump body, and standard parts made of stainless steel.
3. Quick joint is adapted, which facilitates the operation of the product.
4. The washing machine is equipped with automatic pressure switch, which turns the electric motor on or off in accordance with the working of the hydraulic monitor and thus contributes to water and electricity saving as well as avoidance of wear-and-tear of the machine.
5. Internally equipped with an over-heating protection system, the electric motor automatically disconnects (lasts about 30 minutes each time) when overused and reconnects again after cooling down.

Ⅲ. How to Use It
Make the water flow vaporous, scattering or shooting by adjusting the nozzle angle of the spray gun or squeezing the handle of the water-saving spray gun.
1. Preparation before usage
a. Put the new battery into the car washer and turn on the electricity supply to charge it according to the “Application Instruction for Storage Battery”;
b. Access water to the car-washing water tank;
c. Put 20-50 kg of washing liquid into the car washer.
2. Application procedure
Moisturizing - Brushing – Flushing
a. Open the spray gun to evacuate air inside the machine, turn the nozzle to make the water flow vaporous, wet the body and wheels of the car, and flush away dust on the car surface
b. Apply the diluted washing liquid on the wetted sponge then scrub the car body from top to bottom with the sponge
c. Turn the nozzle to make the water flow scattering; wash the car from top to bottom with the spray gun and the car body at an oblique angle to flush away the washing liquid.
d. Dry the car surface with cotton towel.

Ⅳ. Safety Precaution and Points for Attention
1. DO NOT point the spray gun at people or animals; DO NOT wash the engine so as to avoid incidents;
2. Use electricity of above 12V10A; make sure that electricity matches the machine before usage;
3. Continuous long-time running should be avoided; duration of water spraying within 15 minutes is strongly recommended;
4. Put the car washer indoors after usage to avoid water icing inside it in winter

Ⅴ. After Service:
The host enjoys six months of free maintenance.

Ⅵ. Tips
1. Wash the car 10-15 minutes after it is stopped rather than as soon as stoppage; otherwise, the paintwork could crack due to sudden encounter of coldness;
2. Dry the car with moist towel or cotton cloth instead of dry towel after washing;
3. Do not wash your car over frequently; 3 or 4 times per month is recommended;
4. Do not wash your car with detergent or soapy water, which have high PH value and are likely to damage the paintwork.

Ⅷ. Repair of Spray Gun and Water Pump

Bristles in the front and the back end of the car-washing brush are different; front-end bristles are more delicate and undergoes softening treatment, thus will not hurt the paintwork. Middle-size brush has a hollow handle, into which water pipe can be directly inserted, enabling water supplying while brushing; the pipe and the spray gun can be used alternately, which is easy and convenient.

Ⅱ. Functions
1. Starting Self Test: The "beep" sound produced when the machine starts up means the normal state of the machine.

Ⅲ. How to use it

Please add in water when the alarm is activated upon the occurrence of water shortage;
Please press Button "Power" to stop the notice and the alarm sound when the tank is filled up with water.

Please choose a 12V storage battery with a capacity of 60－150AH. Battery with as great capacity as possible is recommended. Charge the new battery in the method for new batteries and in usual method afterwards; in this way, the life of the battery could be extended to the most.
The first charging of a new battery initially uses a electric current of 5－7.5% of the battery's capacity and consists of two steps. First, charge for 25 to 35 hours; second, reduce the electric current to 50% and charge for 20 to 30 hours. Take a new battery of 90AH as an example. We charge it with electric current of 6A for 25 to 35hours then with electric current of 3A for 20 to 30 hours. In this way the first charging is finished.
Usual charging initially uses electric current of 10～20% of the battery's capacity and also consists of two steps. The first is to charge for 10 to 12 hours; the second is to charge for 3 to 5 hours. Take the battery of 90AH as an example again. We charge it with electric current of 9A for 10 to 12hours then with electric current of 6A for 3 to 5 hours.
How to Use It
Ⅰ. Clip the cathode and anode of the battery with the battery clip. Please NOTE that red clip is for anode while green clip or black clip is for cathode. If you can not tell the anode from the cathode, please clip either of the electrodes with any of the clips and touch the other electrode with another clip. If the clips are handled mistakenly, sparks will come out; if not, there will be no sparks.
Ⅱ. Adjust the charging electricity quantity to the minimum, connect the option switch to the demanded pressure position, turn on the electricity supply, and adjust the electricity quantity.
Ⅲ. Adjust the electricity quantity according to your need and capacity of the battery. If the battery is not urgently needed, please charge it with a standard electricity quantity of 1/10 of its capacity; if the battery is urgently needed, please charge it with twice of the standard quantity to reduce half of the charging time.
Ⅳ. To shutdown the machine, please turn the electricity adjustment switch to the minimum and then cut off the power.
Note: Avoiding charging in a high temperature and pay attention to ventilation and heat elimination. MAKE SURE that the anode and the cathode are correctly connected and DO NOT connect reversely. Do not connect the clips after charging, otherwise, there will be a short circuit and the machine will break down.

Leakage circuit breaker is mainly for protecting people from electric shock when charging the battery by preventing electricity leakage caused by insulation failure, and also from the excessive increase of electricity pressure caused by the fault of electric network.
Application and Maintenance
Ⅰ. Disconnect the circuit by adjusting the handle to the position of “disconnect” and connect it by adjusting the handle to the position of “connect”.
Ⅱ. Check whether the device works properly by pressing the test button "T" first. If the device is in a normal state, the release will move, and the handle will return to the disconnection position and cut off power; then attach the handle to connect power. If power can not be cut off by pressing the button, then you should repair the device before use. Otherwise, the prevention of electric shock will fail.
Ⅲ. The protection function of the leakage circuit breaker needs to be checked up by pressing the button “T” while the power is switched on after a certain period of usage (usually every two months).
Notes:
a. Please DO pay attention to electricity safety because leakage circuit breaker does not effect to protect when the human body touches both the neutral line and the live line.
b. Please check and get rid of faults if the handle returns to the disconnecting position, which means somebody got an electric shock or leakage is greater than 30Ma.

Directly attached to the car cigarette lighter, the vacuum inflator is able to perform cleaning function anytime and anywhere, which is very practical and convenient; with tire pressure gauge, it can also inflate tires that found under inflated.
Cleaning:
The fine and portable product is equipped with a powerful suction nozzle with brush, which enables quick and complete suction of tiny filth from apertures or corners of the car.
Inflation:
The electric air pump is inserted in the power interface of the cigarette lighter of the car washer and with a three-meter cord, which is very convenient for inflating tires.

How to Inflate:
• Insert the inflating valve of the rubber hose directly to the tire valve; the sound of deflating comes out when air is flowing. Press the wrench at an angle of 90°inward immediately to stop air escape;
• remove the plug and attach the cigarette lighter;
• Open the motor to start inflation;
• During the inflation, the meter pointer goes up along with pressure rise; remove the plug and valve when the main pointer indicates an appropriate value of pressure for tire (generally 193-241KPa).

Notes:
• Do not applied to big trucks
• A rapid rise of air pressure (such as to 689KPa in three seconds) means obstruction of air and inflation. Please immediately turn off the power, remove the valve and re-operate;
• Better to stop every 15 minutes of inflation.
